Procedure for Company Registration in India
Registering a company is a crucial step toward establishing a legal business entity. It involves fulfilling regulatory requirements, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring compliance with government guidelines. The process begins with selecting and reserving a unique company name, followed by obtaining essential certifications and approvals. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the company registration process smoothly:

STEP 01
Reservation of name for your company by making an application to the Registrar of Company through MCA portal to ensure that your name company is not similar to another company’s name.
STEP 02
The initial step for the incorporation of a company is acquiring a digital signature certificate (DSC). DSC is crucial for filling the forms in the MCA website.
STEP 03
Next step is to get the Director Identification Number (DIN). DIN is an eight digit unique number assigned to individuals who want to become directors of the company.
STEP 04
The application will be reviewed by the Registrar and if the proposed name is available, the name will be accepted. The proposed name will be available for 20 days from the date of acceptance.
STEP 05
Once the name is accepted, you must make an application for company incorporation. This can be made by filling out the Part-B form of the SPICe+ available on the MCA portal with the required documents.
